Overview
LumaLingo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates lumalingo.com and the Habla Spanish, Kana Japanese, Hangul Lingo, and Tanaw Tagalog iOS apps. This policy describes how we collect and use information.
Information we collect
- iOS apps: lesson progress and streak data are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. We do not currently collect personal information or link progress to an account.
- In-app purchases: transactions are processed by Apple. We receive a receipt to verify your subscription but do not store payment card details.
- Website: lumalingo.com does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or personal tracking. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated page-view data (no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking). Standard server access logs may be retained for security and diagnostic purposes.
How we use information
Data collected is used only to provide and improve the learning experience. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Children
Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
